Laltex Group drives forward its ERP solution offering customers next day ordering up to 4.30pm. ERP continue to improve productivity and is contributing 35% reduction in overhead costs.
Laltex Group launches E-Commerce & corporate web sites in September 2008.

Laltex Group invests in state of the art ERP solutions offering improved ROI & productivity.

2006

Laltex Group moves into our own 30,000 square foot 4 story sales offices in Mexico City.
Laltex Group US acquires it's first 3 dimensional prototype machine.
Laltex Group acquires 30,000 square foot warehouse/distribution centre in Mexico City.
Laltex Group China complete the construction of the Beilun factory by October 1st.

2005

Laltex Group China approved by the Chinese government to purchase and build it's own 400,000 square foot facility in Beilun (Free Trade Zone) near the Ningbo port.
Laltex Group esablished a sourcing office in Fuzhou.

2004

Laltex Group Premium Portfolio opens european offices in Berlin, Germany for Promotional Product sales office with warehouse.
Laltex Group Latin America established to service Central and South America with sales offices and warehouse in Miami.
Laltex Group USA established a sales office in Dallas.

Laltex Group USA certified as a Minority Owned Business.

2002

Laltex Group USA established GCI - Geo Group Communications - our own long distance telephone company.
Laltex Group establishes an in-house print shop.

Laltex Group (Sunscope) USA established a sales office in Philadelphia

2000

Laltex Group established the Premium Portfolio for promotional product sales throughout Europe.
Laltex Group USA established a sales office in NY operated by Martha Myers. Martha worked for Readers Digest for 14 years - purchasing premiums and then creating the Readers Digest catalogue. She specialised in direct mail accounts.

1999

Laltex Group China established a sourcing office in Ningbo
Laltex Group Europe moved into a custom built 220,000+ square foot facility for sales, accounting & distribution in Leigh, England.

1997

Laltex Group USA moved into a custom built state of the art 120,000 square foot facility for sales, accounting, design & development, assembly, decoration & distribution.

Laltex Group US trading division Sunscope named as a top 25 Supplier in the Promotional Products Industry

1987

Laltex Group established the Sunscope promotional product line in the US

1984

Established RJM Textiles in the UK - currently the leading importer of non-fashion garments sold in retail outlets throughout Europe.

1982

Laltex Group acquired Lloytron Ltd in the UK - the European division of Lloyds Electronics (USA). Distributes a full range of Lighting, Appliances, Electronics & Electricals.
Laltex Group Purchased Sun Coast Merchandise Corporation (US importer & distributor) est.1943 to get a foothold in the N. American marketplace.

1978

Laltex Group acquire Kingsonic Ltd in the UK - one of the largest importers of gift sets with sales to large retail stores. This later became KS Brands.

1962

Laltex Group established the UK division as a general importer

1948

Laltex Group est. in HK by J. Mulchand. Initially started as a trading firm for large importers in Europe, Africa and the Americas.
